时间过的真快，安装电梯时间也不短了，现整理份我经历过的电梯安装过程，不一定正确，只是我个人在学习安装的一个理解形式，各同行不妥处请不吝指教。
一，收货:在收到收货通知前，要提前考虑电梯货物的存放空地，如果没有合适存放空地要和有关方在货物到来前解决此问题，并且要考虑能存放较长时间，进入安装点近且方便，避免二/多次搬运，卸货时按送货单核点数量，按单对应楼对应梯卸货摆放好，由其是在不同高度楼层，更应对应对应梯卸货，避免因不同高度楼同载重电梯配置不同安装搞错，一般来说导轨、补偿链、随行电缆、钢丝绳、控制柜、主机、电梯电器设备、电梯机械设备等会因电梯高度载重不同而不同，因而要对单对楼对应梯卸货。另外有些箱要考虑吊装问题，摆放位置要在吊机吊载范围内，一般要吊到楼顶的箱有:对重架、对重块、槽钢、主机、主机底座、控制柜、电器设备、机械设置、钢丝绳。吊装前楼面最好各施工已完成（如防水等）。
二、吊装:与相关方沟通好，确定楼顶可摆放电楼货物，不再与其实施工冲突，可吊装，吊装须安排两个，地面一个装钩，楼上一个钩钩，要吊装的箱或部件有:对重架、对重块、钢丝绳、槽钢、控制柜、机械设备、电器设备、主机、主机底座。
三，放样:①工具:卷尺，图纸，电锤，放样用钢丝绳（直径很少应该是0.3mm），墨斗，计号笔，插板，等。②放样前因通力电梯是侧对重要先确定下主轨支架长度范围，及所用主轨的厚度及宽度，及地坎支架长度范围，几个数据做到心中有数③来到机房按图纸对照，测量下实际数据，如影响施工要及时反馈给相关人员处理，要比较井道墙面与机房墙面是不是在同一位，等等…
按照图纸主轨DBG导轨间距1460mm，轿箱中线到墙距920mm，包含厅门地坎90mm，实际地坎支架范围（90--110mm之间.计划取100mm）,通力电梯是侧对重
主轨支架，对重边是320mm，另一边是220mm
80k导轨，厚67mm，宽70mm，放样偏向厅门计划150mm，可以确定第一个样点:井道右墙距320mm，左厅门这边墙距920mm+10mm地坎比图纸增大数-偏离值150mm=780mm，按两位定一点出了第一个样线点，水平拉出1460mm+1mm+67mm+67mm=1595mm（水平意思是与墙面平行）
确定第二个样线点，或同样按两点定一位放法确定第二个样点，再考虑下与墙面平行
导轨参照样线点已出，放出样线，定位，再去每层实测量下，按此样线每层的支架，地坎能否做下，测出数剧进行调整，如调整不出要打墙考虑工程量及时反应到相关人。调整后固定机房样线点，再从样线点上150mm处画平行线，即导轨中画（轿箱横中心线），从样线中点画垂直线即轿箱中心线，为机房定位用。
